Stuffed with a ton of little to no equipment needed exercises ‘How to Train for Mud Runs’ will get you to the finish line without looking like a chump. Shot with the 7d and af100, mainly hand held, using the spider trax dolly for low angle stuff. We also mixed in real live GoPro footage from a tough mudder competition to give it that authentic feel.
